Although it wasn't very public, Maggotcheer and Fernwind were mates, even before Maggotcheer became the Medicine Cat of ShoreClan. Because of this, she also got pregnant before becoming the medicine cat. And now Maggotcheer has given birth to Fernwind’s kits. They are currently newborns.
