Having been in his own little world with the sounds of nature cushioning out any other thoughts, the white and grey tom nearly had a heart attack as his brother called his name. Nearly jumping out of his fur he stumbled forward, nearly face first into the water that was lapping at the shore. Spinning quickly to face the other tom, his tail was fluffed out and his sides were heaving.

Letting his eyes take in the other, he took a few long breaths before he sighed heavily and threw himself onto the sandy beach, "Winterprayer, please don't do that to me! My poor heart can't take it!" TImelessriver mumbled into his paws. His heart was still racing a million paces a minute and he lifted his head to the others prattling. He had to clench his jaws so not to sass the other about his blunt bragging. Surely he could just relax and share a meal with his brother without wanting to kill him, right?

Sitting up he shook his fur out a bit, the sand sticking softly to his underbelly. "I am glad you blessed me with you presence, seeing as you're needed with everything." He sniffed towards the large fish, now that he mention it - he could go for a bite. He couldn't tell you the last time he ate.
