personality

Furlednut is the cat who appears to have her whole life together -- and actually does. Calm, cool, and collected, she seems to excel in almost everything from the first or second attempt. Adversity is practically a foreign concept to the she-cat. One of her greatest talents, however, is clocking what needs to be done and how to accomplish it with the utmost efficiency. She is the calm after the storm that is her mate, Cavernpelt -- the cat who picks up the debris from wherever he touched down. Unlike Cavernpelt, she is consistent and reliable, with a pragmatic and systemic approach to existence. Like him, however, she is highly intelligent and eccentric, and possesses a vibrant inner life that few cats beyond her mate fully understand. She appreciates the chaos, joviality, and humor he brings to their relationship, as well as his unorthodox perspective. Although she is seldom ruffled, she does take offense when cats ignorantly assume she is the smart one of the two. Additionally, Furlednut may sometimes come across as calculating, cold, and serious when she in fact mostly just introverted and reserved, with a desire to observe rather than add to the conversation. That isn't to say she doesn't have her moments of great disinterest in and feelings of superiority over other cats, however. Most of the time, though, she is tactful and diplomatic. [break][break]

Furlednut's mother was Aspendash and her father was Firemurk, both deceased. She is mated to Cavernpelt, who fathered her kits Dreamtail and Shortwave.
