Personality

Kestrelpaw is often quite full of herself, for better or for worse. She takes quite a bit from her mother, Ducknose, including being a bit charming, yet narcissistic. She has no problem wrapping others around her little paw, especially using her kitten cuteness to do so. She often pretends that certain tasks are too hard for her, once again, an easy task for a kit, in order to get out of doing work. She doesn't really see the point in trying to get along with others she doesn't like or can't get to do her work for her.

Of course, it's not all bad. Kestrelpaw puts a lot into those who she does care about, really knowing everything that she can about them so she can make them feel loved and adored. While she can often be seen as lazy, she will often go out of her way for those she cares for. She holds a striking amount of confidence and elegance, making it easy for others to look to her. Kestrelpaw cares about things being done right, and will lend a helping hand to make sure it's done correctly if she's watching someone struggle. She can also be much more perceptive and loyal than she lets on, despite her outward attitude towards most things.

Description

Though still young at this point, Kestrelpaw will easily grow up to be a cat with a large, strong cat. She very often pretends not to be big and strong though, pretending to be weak enough that other cats will do duties for her, but showing off her strength if they were to cross her the wrong way. Her fur is beautiful and long with a lovely calico pattern to it, the majority of her fur being white with a few patches of ginger and black along her back and feathery tail. She has bright, lovely yellow eyes that are easy for any vulnerable cat to fall into longingly.

Kestrelpaw is never found with a speck of dirt, blood or eye gunk anywhere on her body, waking up early each day just to make sure she can spend time grooming herself. This also means she often goes to bed at a rather conservative time so she can wake up bright and early before the sun. She refuses to sacrifice a single second from her morning grooming routine in order to make herself look lovely and beautiful.

history

Kestrelkit was born the first of her litter in ShoreClan alongside her brothers, Lionkit and Leopardkit. Her mother, Ducknose, had fallen for a former-kittypet-turned-loner by the name of Leopard, though his identity was highly guarded from everyone, including Ducknose's own family and kits.

Only two moons into their early life, the litter had been separated, as Lionkit and Leopardkit were carted off to GaleClan to be with Wapatofur and Nutriapaw, leaving Kestrelkit alone from her brothers. Luckily enough, Dewdrop had her second litter: two kits named Halibutkit and Marlinkit, of whom Kestrelkit happily bossed around and made quick friends with.

By the time she was apprenticed, Kestrelpaw was named an apprentice under Minnowpool.[break]
