Her sweet and delicate appearance throws many off her trail. A light, sandy coloured tabby she-cat with the lovely white socks and an underbelly softer then a young chicks down. Her slender body is agile and quick. Her golden eyes are pools of sickeningly sweet honey, and if you're not careful you'll find yourself stuck in her gaze unable to move. [break][break]
If there was ever a cat that you would love to hate, she would be the one. Morningstar has a very strong and loud personality all without being the loudest cat in the area. She is on the smaller side and yet she carries her self with such a presence that others know not to get on her bad side. She wasn't always a sharp tongued vixen, but as she grew older and her ambitions became clearer, she was quick to make sure nothing stood in her way. [break]
Mornigstar is a very difficult cat to read. Her intentions are always well, but her methods can be harsh. She feels she was chosen for a reason and there will be nothing but greatness under her lead. She is a very prideful cat and will do anything to strive to make sure she is perfect. Her harshest critic is herself. While she expects greatness from her clan, she is also understanding that it's unrealistic for the clan to be perfect, she herself will strive for it on her own.[break]
She is a very stubborn cat who refuses to ask for help from anyone, however she will always have a soft spot for her Medicine Cats. She is very protective of her clan and will push herself to great lengths in order to make sure they all get what they need first and foremost. [break]
While some of these traits are the reason she makes a fine leader, they also tend to keep cats rom getting overly close with her.[break][break]

There is no sob story to Morningstar, in face she had a pretty good upbringing. Born to Tulipbreeze and Gladewhisper alongside Eventidekit - there was nothing short of love and affection to go around. Her older siblings were active in their lives and she fondly recalls the way Salamanderglow would bring back interesting bugs, or Fawnflower would show off some cute flowers she found. However Possumwillow was the fun one, he would always be down for some wrestling and playing with his younger sisters. [break][break]
However her life started to take a turn when she turned 6 moons old and was assigned to her mentor. Once her paws left that nursery her goals became clearer then day and she was focused on her training. This is when she met Flamingpaw - or got to unintentionally know him. Their mentors were close and often encouraged group training with one another. His loud personality was enough to cause Morningpaw to really crack down on herself. There was no way she would allow this tom to outshine her in any way. Bloombee and Nutpelt were very good friends and thought it was good to have a training buddy, and there was no way for Morningpaw to get out of it. [break][break]
However seeing as she wasn't about to be outshined she would often be found training till all hours of the night. There was nothing she wanted more then to stand above Flamingpaw. As they continued to stay neck and neck it built up a deep seated rivalry between the pair, and Morningpaw was sure to come out on top.[break][break] [break][break]
When the day came she was finally called and given the name Morningglow, along side her sister Eventidewhisper. While it was a grand day for Morningglow, her sister was far less pleased. As all of her time had gone to training, she had managed to put a wedge between herself and her family. As she realized she became more determined to make her effort worth it, and she wasted no time in dropping hints she wanted to mentor and was always first to take patrols and take on extra hunting missions. She was worried when Houndlarch started getting sick and Swallowstar was thinking of a potential deputy. When she heard that Flammingtail was being considered, it flared the rivalry from when they were young and she worked herself into the ground to make sure her efforts were noticed. These days helped her learn how to hide her exhaustion well and make sure the clan only saw her at her best. [break][break]
While it was heartbreaking to see Starclan claim Houndlarch, it was her time - and her hard work had clearly not gone unnoticed as she was called as the next deputy of Orchidclan. Pride swelled in the young she-cat and she glowed as she vowed herself to her clan. Her hard work didn't end there tho - no way. She continued to work overtime and make sure everything was done and organized. Very paws on, she has never been known as the type to sit back and let someone else do something when she was perfectly capable to do it herself. [break][break]
However when it was announced by Seedbloom that Swallowstar had passed away in his sleep from old age, Morningstar felt afraid for the first time. This is what she had been working towards almost her whole life and it was now her time to shine. Taking her spot at the head of the clan she vowed that Orchidclan would strive and she made her trip to receive her lives and made quick work of taking over. Even to this day she works tirelessly to make sure her clan is well taken care of.
